Role Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex data sets. Develop machine learning models to solve business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements. Design and implement data analysis strategies. Create visually appealing data visualizations and dashboards. Conduct statistical tests and validations to ensure data accuracy. Develop algorithms for predictive modeling and analytics. Prepare comprehensive reports to present findings and recommendations. Utilize SQL for data extraction and transformation tasks. Engage in data cleaning and preprocessing activities. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies in data science. Provide insights to enhance business strategies and initiatives. Mentor junior data scientists and interns in best practices. Document processes and methodologies for consistency and team reference. Translate business requirements into data science solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred but not mandatory. Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role. Strong knowledge of statistical models and algorithms. Experience with Python and R programming languages. Proficiency in SQL databases and query writing. Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark. Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. Attention to detail and a passion for data quality. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of cloud platforms is a plus. Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
