Java Development Engineer

Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications. Utilize the Spring framework to create scalable and efficient software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in a timely manner. Implement and optimize RESTful APIs for integration with front-end systems. Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality. Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices in coding. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of development processes. Engage in continuous learning to keep up with emerging technologies. Maintain comprehensive documentation of code and architectural decisions. Work closely with QA teams to ensure smooth deployments and functionality. Guide junior developers in their coding practices and project tasks. Help refine project requirements and timelines in an agile environment. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2 years of experience in Java development and Data Structures Algorithm Proficient in Spring framework and related technologies. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Strong understanding of databases, especially SQL. Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools. Hands-on experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Knowledge of agile software development practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in microservices architecture is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Proactive attitude towards learning and professional growth. Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
