We're looking for a Seasoned Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of Artificial intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts, even if your primary experience isn't directly in AI/ML project implementation. You'll be central to bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, with a strong focus on clear communication and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including technical teams, and client management, to gather requirements, present findings, and facilitate decision-making.
- AI/ML Acumen: Apply your foundational knowledge of AI and ML concepts to understand the potential applications and limitations of these technologies in business contexts, informing discussions and solution design.
Analyst with 3-4 Years of Experience:
- Proven ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical application, efficiency, and a proactive approach.
- They should have contributed meaningfully to projects and possess hands-on skills and must be able to clearly articulate / explain it during the interview process:
- Proven Experience: 1-2 years in a dedicated Analyst role or a similar analytical position within a
- professional setting.
- Demonstrated Impact and Business Acumen:
- Quantifiable Achievements: This is crucial. Experienced analysts should be able to
- articulate their impact using numbers. Examples include: "Improved sales forecast accuracy by 20% through predictive modeling," "Reduced data processing time by 30% by implementing efficient data pipelines," "Contributed to a 10% increase in customer satisfaction through actionable insights."
- Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking: Not just finding patterns, but understanding the business problems they solve. They should be able to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that align with business goals.
- Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of the industry or business domain they've worked in, allowing for more informed analysis and recommendations.
Overall Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science / Application, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong portfolio or examples of content writing and review.
- Foundational knowledge of AI and ML principles, concepts, and common applications.
- Demonstrated ability to create data insights reports and design dashboards.
- General understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and technology solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Productivity & Content Creation:Microsoft Office Suite: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for comprehensive documentation, and presentations.
- Google Workspace: (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaborative content creation and sharing.
- Communication & Collaboration Tools: (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Confluence, Jira) for effective teamwork and knowledge management.
Data Analysis & Visualization:
- Dashboarding Tools: Expertise in creating compelling and interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio by Google, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. They should be able to tell a story with data.
- Spreadsheet Software: (Advanced Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, lookups, and data validation) for data manipulation and basic analysis.
- SQL Mastery: Expert-level SQL skills for complex data extraction, manipulation, and optimization of queries.
- Strong proficiency in at least one, and ideally more, programming languages like Python or R for data cleaning, statistical analysis, modeling, and automation..
