Job Description

As a Call Centre Executive at Drishtee, your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls to the Customer Service Points (CSPs) of the assigned locations. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging in effective communication with customers in English, Hindi, and Odia, both written and verbal. - Demonstrating strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records. - Utilizing basic technical skills to update CSP profiles regularly in the system. - Preparing regular reports and submitting them to the concerned stakeholders. Qualifications required for this position include: - Graduation degree with 1-3 years of work experience. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Odia languages. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively. - Good documentation and basic technical skills.
