Roles & Responsibility:
Languages Required:
Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
Provide business insight to senior stakeholders and help define customer experience;
Serve as advocate for software and assist clients with questions and/or concerns;
Identify ways to improve onboarding, customer support, and account management processes;
Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner;
Become a SME where it relates to software;
Develop trusted relationships with new and existing clients and ensure satisfaction with software product.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Excellent time management skills;
1+ years of experience within client service/support/success role.
Great verbal and written communication skills;
Basic knowledge in Excel & Word.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships;
Client and team-oriented attitude
Any Graduation is fine
