Job Description & Expectations We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in customer interaction, product demonstration, and analysis. The role involves explaining SEO analytic reports, assisting with customer onboarding, and identifying key success factors in various categories. A deep understanding of our product and the ability to effectively communicate its features to customers is essential. Responsibilities: Profile Diagnostic Report Explanation: o Explain the Current SEO Analytic Report to customers in a clear and comprehensive manner. o Address and clarify any doubts or questions the customers may have about the report. o Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis to help customers understand their current SEO standings.  Onboarding Expert: o Assist new customers in understanding the subscription charges and the value they are receiving. o Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and setup. o Provide ongoing support to new customers to help them get started with our services efficiently.  Analysis: o Conduct thorough analyses of different categories to identify key factors that contribute to success. o Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. o Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvement.  Product Knowledge and Demonstration: o Gain a deep understanding of our product, including its features, benefits, and applications. o Conduct product demonstrations for customers, showcasing the product’s capabilities and advantages. o Stay updated on product developments and updates to ensure accurate and current information is provided to customers. Key Skills:  Strong and effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an understandable manner.  Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.  Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.  1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Qualifications:  Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil, with strong communication and convincing skills in all three languages.  Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade an audience. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and present reports and presentations.  Knowledge of the healthcare industry, with an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities. Additional Requirements:  A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also being capable of working independently.  Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.
