Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Executive with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our ERP system, ensuring smooth operations and data integrity across departments. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry of sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, inventory, and vendor/customer records into Microsoft Dynamics ERP. Validate and cross-check data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in regular data audits and support month-end/year-end closing processes. Collaborate with the finance, procurement, and operations teams to support data accuracy and consistency. Generate ERP-based reports and support administrative tasks as required Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum [1 to 3] years of experience in data entry, specifically using Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Dynamics 365, Finance & Operations, or Business Central). Proficient in using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data. Familiarity with business processes such as invoicing, procurement, and inventory is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications Certification or formal training in Microsoft Dynamics ERP is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities: Logistics & Supply Chain Management: - Oversee the import and export operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipments. - Manage logistics service providers and negotiate contracts with Customs House Agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, and transporters. - Ensure smooth dispatches and deliveries by coordinating with warehouse, production, and sales teams. - Monitor and improve inventory management and warehouse operations. Regulatory Compliance & Liaison: - Ensure compliance with government regulations, customs procedures, and DGFT policies related to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical exports and imports. - Liaise with government departments (such as customs, excise, and DGFT) to obtain necessary approvals and clearances. - Handle documentation related to licenses, permits, and certifications for international shipments.
