About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to manage client onboarding, support, and engagement for our AI chatbot solutions. This role involves being the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their success through smooth implementation, ongoing support, and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding, training, and adoption of chatbot solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, issues, and support
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver custom chatbot requirements
• Monitor client satisfaction and work to ensure high retention and engagement
• Gather, document, and share client requirements and feedback with internal stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and project documentation
• Regularly assess and optimize chatbot performance based on analytics and user feedback
• Use Excel and Google Workspace tools to manage reporting, data tracking, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product usability and client experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Client Support, or a related role
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic understanding of chatbot technology or willingness to learn
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data handling
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
