Job Description

Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore (Onsite)
Experience: 0–1 year (freshers and early career candidates welcome)

Key Responsibilities

Research target companies, identify decision-makers, and initiate outreach via cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn.
Understand prospects’ business needs through discovery calls and qualify leads for next-level engagement.
Coordinate with senior Sales or Customer Success teams to schedule product demos and support them during sessions.
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and deal status using CRM tools.
Assist in creating email templates, pitch decks, and other resources to support outreach efforts.
Conduct timely follow-ups to move leads through the pipeline and escalate hot prospects appropriately.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with SaaS products and subscription-based models
Prior exposure to cold-calling or email-based prospecting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹226,723.87 - ₹400,000.00 per year
