Job Summary: The Junior Sales Associate will support the sales team in achieving sales targets by assisting with lead generation, client outreach, customer relationship management, and sales administration. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their sales skills and contribute to a dynamic team. Location: Sarjapur, Bengaluru Experience: 1-2 Years Key Responsibilities: Assist in researching and identifying potential clients, industries, and market segments. Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Introduce company services/products and assess interest levels. Schedule meetings or appointments for senior sales team members. Help prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch decks, ensuring materials are accurate, clear, and tailored to client needs. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities and outcomes. Support administrative tasks like meeting coordination and client follow-ups. Attend meetings and industry events with senior team members to observe and learn. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and development programs. Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Customer Support) to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Nice to Have: Experience with lead generation or outbound prospecting. Any sales or CRM-related training or certification.
