Job Description

EnactOn provides business solutions to the affiliate industry with software development and SaaS service. We are currently serving 40+ countries with 200+ customers. As a Customer Success Executive (CSE) from a software/IT background, you will play a crucial role in helping customers unlock their potential and enhance customer satisfaction in the affiliate software industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build sustainable relationships with customers by providing extraordinary and proactive support. - Identify initiatives to manage customer expectations, encourage product utilization, and drive growth. - Conduct training sessions for customers, explaining software features and addressing technical queries. - Assess the quality and effectiveness of customer interactions. - Expand client relationships across various functional areas. - Conduct product demonstrations. - Handle customer requests and complaints. - Collaborate with internal developers to manage projects. - Facilitate client onboarding and configuration. - Act as a mediator between clients and the organization. - Provide insights from customers to the product, development, and marketing teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate in engineering or equivalent degree. - Strong organization and presentation skills. - Proactive and self-driven nature. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Leadership qualities. - High computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly. - Knowledge of customer success processes. - Experience in document creation. - Patient and active listener. - Passion for service. **Soft Skills:** - Proficiency in English. - Efficient taskmaster. - Self-reliant and quick learner. - Effective communication of progress, evaluations, and suggestions. - Creative problem solver. - Strong critical and logical thinking. - Effective negotiator. - Highly organized and structured. **Additional Details:** EnactOn Technologies offers a collaborative work environment at our office in Surat.
