Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers post-onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.
  • Build strong client relationships and resolve queries or escalations.
  • Track account health, usage metrics, and manage subscription renewals.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and share insights with customers.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support teams for seamless issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare account status reports.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS environments preferred.
  • Basic understanding of procurement/sales/distribution workflows (chemical industry advantage).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP or SaaS tools is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
