Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
  • Delivered B2B pitches to boost client engagement and retention.
  • Utilize various channels (phone calls, emails, etc.) to reach out to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and demonstrate how our products/services can meet those needs effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in civil engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of 3-6 years in inside sales, with expertise in generating leads and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, including Sales Close Loop methodologies.
  • Immediate availability to join the team.
  • Essential knowledge of software solutions for design; previous experience in a sales-oriented role within this domain is highly desirable.
