Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
Delivered B2B pitches to boost client engagement and retention.
Utilize various channels (phone calls, emails, etc.) to reach out to potential customers.
Understand customer needs and demonstrate how our products/services can meet those needs effectively.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in civil engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record of 3-6 years in inside sales, with expertise in generating leads and closing deals.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.
Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, including Sales Close Loop methodologies.
Immediate availability to join the team.
Essential knowledge of software solutions for design; previous experience in a sales-oriented role within this domain is highly desirable.
