Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (B2B SALES)

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities :

Identify and target potential business clients through research and market analysis.
Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
Utilize CRM tools, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), email, cold calling, and networking events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
Understand the client's business model, challenges, and goals.
Act as a trusted advisor, not just a vendor.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Graduate can apply for this profile.
Fresher and Experienced (minimum 12 months experience on papers) can apply.
Ready to work in the rotational shifts ( Night shifts)
6 day working and 1 day rotational off

Should be tech savvy and smart
Should be able to convince and retain customers, and ability to handle customers.
