We are looking for a smart and responsible CRM & Back Office Executive to join our dynamic automobile repair and customization business. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and a good communicator.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer follow-ups and inquiries professionally
Maintain client database (CRM) with accuracy
Coordinate with technicians & update job progress
Manage digital records, quotations, and job cards
Support day-to-day office operations
Assist in social media messages, calls, and basic marketing
Skills Required:
Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, Emails, WhatsApp Web, etc.)
Fluent English Speaking & Writing is a MUST
Good telephone manners and professional communication
Experience with basic billing or CRM software is a plus
Should be well-organized and detail-oriented
Work Timings & Salary:
Full-Time | [10.30 Am to 8 pm
Salary: Based on experience + performance bonus
