Position Details : 1 Retention- Customer Retention Manager 2 E- Channel (Sales)- Customer Relationship Executive 3 CRT- Customer Relationship Manager 1 Qualification- Graduation (Full time or Part Time) 2 Work Exp 0 To 2+ years 3 Working Days -5 days in a week 4 Week off - 2 Days in a week rotational 5 Vertical Retention, E-Channel 6 Process Voice Only 7 Shift Timing (Work from Office)Fix shift for Rentention-10:00 Am-7:30 Pm, E-Channel 7:00 Am- 8 :30 Pm(Rotational)For CRT – Rotational shifts 8 Transport- NA Operational Check List : Good communication in English & Hindi Understanding about call centre and thought process should be clear for working with company Why want to join Lombard / Call centre? What is Customer Service, what are the Quality required for customer care executive. Should talk on given topic. What Skills are required for Sales? Mock Call * The above are only some of the knowledge areas & not the complete list desired for a profile. 4) Interview Process: · There are total 2 Rounds of interview's. · 1 HR Round & 1 Operations Round (1 More additional round for CRT). · 5) Salary Details: Retention and E-CHANNEL (Tele-sales) For E-CHANNEL ONLY - Unlimited Incentives Caller- CTC Range- Net In hand monthly Fresher- 1.75 LPA12.5 k /- Experience- Up to 2.50 LPA18 k /- For CRT – ExperienceSalary Range0-6 Months14.K (In hand)1 & above years ExpUpto 3.56 CTC
