Job Summary:

Marketing Automation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
• Help manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Segment customer lists for targeted campaigns.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, etc.).
• Support lead generation and nurturing workflows.
• Maintain and update contact databases, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, especially automation technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (any coursework or certifications is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Internship or academic project experience with email campaigns or CRM tools.
• Certification in platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Mailchimp.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for emails (basic level).
