This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in digital marketing, with a focus on automation tools and data-driven customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. Help manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Segment customer lists for targeted campaigns. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, etc.). Support lead generation and nurturing workflows. Maintain and update contact databases, ensuring data quality and accuracy. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, especially automation technologies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (any coursework or certifications is a plus). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred (Not Mandatory): Internship or academic project experience with email campaigns or CRM tools. Certification in platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Mailchimp.
