CRM Marketing Automation

Job Title: CRM Automation Marketing (Fresher)Location: Ahmedabad Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic fresher to join our marketing team as a CRM Automation Marketing. You will assist in managing CRM automation workflows, supporting digital marketing initiatives, Client coordination and coordinating with the sales team to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and conversions through targeted campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Assist in creating and automating customer journeys via CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot). • Support the execution of email, SMS, and push notification campaigns for lead nurturing and retention. • Work with the digital marketing team to plan and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business goals.• Help in audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, and performance tracking. • Maintain clean and accurate CRM databases for effective targeting. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. • Basic understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and CRM tools. • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar ad platforms.• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking.• Good communication, team collaboration, and time-management skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred (but not mandatory) • Internship or coursework in digital marketing, CRM, or sales enablement.• Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or any CRM.
