About the role


Job responsibilities :

Tool Administration & Management

  • Administer and maintain business tools such as [e.g., Jira, HubSpot, Intercom etc.]
  • Customize and configure tools based on business requirements.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Monitor tool performance and troubleshoot technical issues.


Workflow Automation

  • Help business teams with automation solutions (e.g., using Zapier, Make or native integrations).
  • Build, test, and deploy automations to improve efficiency across teams.
  • Maintain process documentation and ensure ongoing stability.


Integration & Data Management

  • Support the integration of systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
  • Help ensure data accuracy and cleanliness across connected platforms.


User Support & Enablement

  • Serve as Level 1–2 support for tool-related issues and questions.
  • Create how-to guides, SOPs, and training resources.
  • Support onboarding of new employees with the right tools and workflows.


Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track tool usage, adoption, and automation impact.
  • Recommend improvements based on usage data and team feedback.
  • Stay current on new features, tools, and trends in business systems.


Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years experience in a business systems, operations, or automation-related role.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2 of the following: CRMs, project management tools, communication platforms, workflow automation tools.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code platforms like Zapier, Make or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving and process optimization mindset.
  • Has a strong grasp of artificial intelligence concepts and the ability to apply AI tools and frameworks to solve real world problems at Aspire.
  • Experience in using Hubspot /JIRA / Intercom etc.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, or integration tools.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Marketing, HR, and Support.
  • Basic understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy best practices.
