We’re Hiring – Customer Relationship Management Specialist

BNM Agencies is looking for a CRM Specialist who can communicate fluently in Tamil, English, and Hindi to strengthen our customer engagement and satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle client queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate between teams to provide seamless service.
• Understand customer needs and ensure excellent after-sales support.
• Communicate with clients in the language they’re most comfortable with.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi
• Experience in customer handling / CRM tools (preferred)
• Friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
