Job Description

Job Summary:

CRM Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize CRM systems to support business needs.
Design, implement, and maintain CRM workflows, automation, and integrations with other systems.
Oversee lead management processes — from lead capture and scoring to routing and conversion tracking.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure effective CRM utilization.
Analyze customer data and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and improve engagement.
Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with data protection regulations .
Provide training and support to internal users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
Evaluate and recommend improvements or upgrades to existing CRM platforms.
Develop and generate reports/dashboards to monitor KPIs and business performance.

Requirements:

Minimum
7 years of proven experience
as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of various CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Demonstrated experience in managing
lead management systems and processes
.
Excellent understanding of customer journey, sales funnels, and lifecycle management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with CRM integrations and data migration is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in B2B/B2C environments.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
