Job Description

Job Summary:

CRM Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Track and analyze customer interactions to improve engagement and retention strategies.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate lead management and customer segmentation.
Generate reports and dashboards to monitor customer trends, sales activities, and campaign effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the CRM system.
Assist in designing and implementing customer loyalty and feedback programs.
Provide training and support to team members on CRM usage and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM reporting tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of marketing automation and sales processes.
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle management.
Certification in CRM tools or customer relationship management practices.
