Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist at our Jaipur location. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, coordinating sales activities, and overseeing project management tasks. Day-to-day duties include developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries, implementing CRM tools, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.
