Requirements:

• 23 years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or data analysis roles.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, clients, and partners; ensure data hygiene, de-duplication, and correct tagging.
• Own and enforce lead attribution logic, including lock periods, reassignment workflows, and partner-to-client mapping.
• Manage data syncs and integrations across CRM, Google Sheets, Airtable, and other systems; support automation/API improvements.
• Generate weekly reports on lead flow, attribution, and deal closures; validate data for commission releases.
• Collaborate with Partner Operations to resolve attribution conflicts, support tier audits, and ensure fair partner tracking.
• Work closely with Tech and Ops teams to refine CRM structures, processes, and reporting for scalability.
