Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist based in Bengaluru North. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with services. The role involves utilizing CRM tools to manage relationships, supporting the sales team with client information, driving customer engagement, and resolving client inquiries in a timely manner. The CRM Specialist will also oversee customer accounts and assist in ongoing projects to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Proven ability in Sales and fostering client relationships that contribute to business growth
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and data interpretation to improve client strategies
• Experience in Project Management, ensuring the timely and effective execution of client-related tasks
• Proficiency with CRM tools and software platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a dynamic, on-site work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
