🧡 Role: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

A CRM at Sri Vaidya® is not just a front-desk role.

You become the bridge between patients and doctors, helping individuals feel safe, guided, and understood from the very first call to their in-clinic experience. It’s a target-based role.


✨ What You’ll Do

Patient Communication & Support

  • Handle inbound calls with empathy, clarity, and patience
  • Make follow-up and cold calls to guide interested clients towards clinic visits
  • Explain therapies, appointments, and processes in simple, reassuring language
  • Respond to WhatsApp queries and emails professionally

Front-Desk & Clinic Coordination

  • Manage reception with warmth and confidence
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Maintain smooth coordination between therapists, doctors, and clients
  • Ensure every patient walking in feels welcomed and cared for

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain patient records
  • Draft and send mails/messages as required
  • Support basic daily operational tasks at the clinic


🎓 Preferred Background

  • Medical background

    (Ayurveda, nursing, naturopathy, BAMS or similar) is highly preferred
  • Experience working in a clinic, wellness centre, or health-care setup is an added advantage
