Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The CRM Specialist will manage customer relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate with various teams to enhance customer engagement strategies. The day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer data, supporting sales processes, overseeing CRM system initiatives, and executing projects aimed at improving customer experiences.
