Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Hyderabad. The specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Day-to-day tasks include managing CRM systems, tele calling customers, developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, supporting sales efforts, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. The role also involves tracking and reporting on performance metrics to enable continuous improvements.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and techniques
  • Strong Communication and Sales abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Languages - English, Hindi & Telugu
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in customer service / tele calling
