Sales Management: · Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. · Monitor and analyse sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed. Marketing Initiatives: · Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and special events. · Collaborate with marketing team to align local strategies with brand objectives. Customer Service: · Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. · Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally. Team Leadership: · Train and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance. · Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Inventory Management: · Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising. · Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and minimize shrinkage. Visual Merchandising: · Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product displays. · Ensure the store layout is attractive and aligns with brand guidelines. Compliance and Safety: · Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. · Maintain a safe and clean working environment for both employees and customers.
