Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Hilite business park Kozhikode. The day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, developing and implementing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data to improve customer experiences, coordinating with sales teams, and overseeing CRM-related projects. The specialist will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as recommending improvements to CRM processes and systems.

Qualifications

Possess strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills
Exhibit effective Communication skills
Demonstrate strong Analytical Skills
