Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Hilite business park Kozhikode. The day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, developing and implementing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data to improve customer experiences, coordinating with sales teams, and overseeing CRM-related projects. The specialist will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as recommending improvements to CRM processes and systems.
