Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager at BrandsTrek located in Kozhikode. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing customer retention strategies. Additionally, the Customer Relations Manager will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.
