Key Responsibilities Campaign Management Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor campaign performance across office segment and managing budgets of offline & online. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. Content Development and Management Create compelling marketing content including creatives, OOH, ATL & BTL activities & newsletters. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of content assets. Maintain content calendar and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels. Digital Marketing Monitor digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and search engine marketing. Develop strategies to increase online visibility and engagement with target audiences. Event Coordination Plan and execute marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives. Project Planning Plan, forecast, budget and oversee the entire program of work, anticipate demands in terms of labor, materials, equipment and technical challenges Provide vital inputs and insights and ensure proper coordination with architects, consultants and vendors Preparation of Master schedule of all projects in MS Project with detailed dependencies of Drawings, purchase, contracts and lead time for material delivery, mobilization of contractors.
