Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Monitor campaign performance across office segment and managing budgets of offline & online.Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Content Development and Management
Create compelling marketing content including creatives, OOH, ATL & BTL activities & newsletters.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of content assets.Maintain content calendar and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
Monitor digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and search engine marketing.
Develop strategies to increase online visibility and engagement with target audiences.Monitor digital marketing analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement with competitors study every month.
Plan and execute marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, promotional materials, and attendee registration.Measure the success of events through attendee feedback, lead generation, and post-event analysis.
Develop and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and sales sheets.
Ensure all collateral is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.Distribute collateral to sales teams and other stakeholders as needed.
- Market Research and Analysis:10%
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
Analyze competitor activity and market data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.Present findings and recommendations to management to support strategic planning efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results to stakeholders effectively.Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed to achieve shared goals.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
Track expenses and report on budget performance regularly.Identify opportunities to optimize spending and improve cost-efficiency.
Generate regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.Present findings and recommendations to management to inform strategic decision-making.
