Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining client satisfaction, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Collaborating with sales and project management teams to enhance customer retention and promote service excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members
• Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to boost client retention and satisfaction
• Familiarity with mental health and wellness services is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a relevant field preferred
