Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, based in South Delhi. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. The specialist will be responsible for managing customer data through CRM tools, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. Driving customer retention and identifying opportunities for new relationships are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales capabilities
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and feedback
• Experience in Project Management to coordinate customer-focused initiatives
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
