Customer Relationship Management Specialist

As an experienced professional in CRM strategy, your role will involve designing and implementing user journeys for financial products to ensure seamless onboarding, engagement, and retention. You will drive awareness of product features through CRM campaigns and targeted communication, while tracking, measuring, and analyzing engagement and conversion metrics to optimize CRM performance. Your responsibilities will also include continuously refining user journeys based on data-driven insights and A/B testing, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
