The Role


Key Responsibilities


  • Omnichannel Lead Management:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming inquiries across all platforms daily: Meta Ads, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp Business, Email, and Website submissions.
  • Ensure every inquiry receives a timely, professional response that reflects our brand’s "Authoritative Confidant" voice.
  • Lead Qualification & Vetting:

  • Filter and qualify leads based on Spacestyling's criteria (Budget, Timeline, Project Scope).
  • Politely decline inquiries that do not fit our profile while maintaining brand goodwill.
  • Identify high-potential "VIP" clients and fast-track them to the Principal Designer.
  • Database Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain a pristine, up-to-date database of all leads and clients.
  • Generate Weekly Reports:

    Provide detailed analytics to management, including:
  • Lead Source:

    (e.g., Instagram, Referral, Google).
  • Lead Quality:

    (Qualified vs. Unqualified).
  • Project Type:

    (Residential, Commercial, Styling vs. Design).
  • Estimated Budget:

    Value of the pipeline.
  • Consultation Scheduling:

  • Coordinate with the design team to schedule "Design Consultations" for qualified prospects.
  • Send calendar invites, pre-meeting questionnaires, and appointment reminders.
  • Follow-Up & Nurturing:

  • Execute a disciplined follow-up cadence for warm leads who are in the "decision phase."
  • Re-engage past inquiries with updates on new services (e.g., Holiday Styling).


Requirements & Skills


  • Exceptional Communication:

    Impeccable verbal and written English is non-negotiable. You must be able to converse confidently with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Analytical Mindset:

    Ability to track data, spot trends (e.g., "Most leads from Instagram are requesting Styling"), and report them clearly.
  • Tech Proficiency:

    Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) or advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel. Comfortable navigating Meta Business Suite.
  • Emotional Intelligence:

    The ability to "read between the lines" of a client message to understand their actual intent and budget.
  • Organization:

    A fetish for detail. You never lose a phone number, miss a follow-up, or misspell a name.
  • Experience:

    2-4 years in a client-facing role, preferably in Luxury Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Interior Design.
