Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Purchaser located in Bengaluru North. The Assistant Purchaser will support procurement activities, including sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining vendor relationships. They will handle inventory management, coordinate with internal teams to meet purchasing requirements, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. The role also includes overseeing purchasing documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain coordination
• Experience in vendor relationship management, negotiation, and sourcing materials
• Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with company procurement policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet procurement needs
• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the elevator, construction, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
