Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer engagement strategies, analyzing customer data to improve relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams, segmenting markets for better targeting, and spearheading customer retention initiatives to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Market Segmentation to evaluate customer data and develop targeted engagement strategies
• Strong Communication and Sales skills to effectively manage client interactions and drive customer satisfaction
• Experience in Project Management to implement and oversee customer-focused initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently when required
• Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in customer relationship roles is a plus
