Role Description

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. Key tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting product presentations and training, and contributing to sales strategy development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring hands-on engagement with clients to ensure exceptional customer experiences and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management for achieving revenue targets and fostering business growth
Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain meaningful client relationships
Experience in providing Training and product demonstrations to meet client needs effectively
Proactive attitude, ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of the elevator/vertical transportation industry is an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
