Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Patna. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with clients, developing and executing sales strategies, managing and closing sales opportunities, and providing top-notch customer service. The role also involves assisting in customer training, ensuring a thorough understanding of offered services, and striving to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and meet their needs
• Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve business goals
• Experience in providing Training to develop the skills of team members
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and on-site environment
• Proven problem-solving skills and capacity to adapt to dynamic customer requirements
• Background in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
