Scope of work :- 1 To identify the Key Players form the market by doing market research, competition analysis and to maintain the updated data of all such key accounts 2 Follow-up sales lead and communicate with the direct clients for their sales requirement and pitch our product’s USP 3 Coordinate with the back office sales team for sales lead, identify the potential for on boarding new dealers, sub-dealers & distributors 4 Maintain the bond with direct clients to keep them active for repeat orders, Manage the Key accounts 5 Attend Events and Exhibition on behalf of the organization and build a strong customer base through it 6 To work with the management for product and process development/improvement 7 Working with the team in order to complete customer orders according to the decided terms and conditions 8 Working towards achieving the business targets for key accounts 9 To work as a point of contact for customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints and ensuring complete customer delight 10 Working with management for sales forecasting, target setting and market analysis 11 Working in compliance with all the company policies, HR policies 12 Managing the MIS for customers and presenting the reports with actionable insights for the same. Develop designs using tools like Coral Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite. 5.Identify trends and insights, for brand awareness, global reach, improvement in all aspects. 6.Maintain brand guidelines as per the region. Ensure consistency across all visual designs to build a strong brand identity. Like use fonts, design principles, and color schemes to enhance the appeal of marketing materials. 7.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for promoting products, brandings and maintain the design as per the market trend. 8. Brainstorm and execute ideas that align with the company’s goals and target audience. 9. Research industry trends to integrate modern and innovative styles into projects. 10. To follow company HR Policies, Rules and Regulations and conduct behavior accordingly.
