Position Overview We’re seeking a proactive and resourceful Career Advisor to join our growing operations team. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end job search activities on behalf of our clients — from identifying relevant roles to applying strategically and tracking outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of U.S. hiring practices, ATS systems, and talent-sourcing strategies. Key Responsibilities Job Application Management: Apply to relevant roles on behalf of candidates daily across LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job boards. Resume Optimization: Tailor resumes and cover letters to match job descriptions and boost ATS compatibility. Market Research: Analyze target companies, roles, and keywords to improve application success rates. Candidate Coordination: Communicate regularly with candidates to understand goals, track progress, and share updates. ATS & Job Portal Navigation: Use tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, JobVite, and Ashby to ensure accurate and compliant applications. Performance Tracking: Maintain application logs, success metrics, and weekly reports for visibility and accountability. Interview Preparation: Offer candidates guidance, mock interview sessions, and post-interview feedback when required. Quality Assurance: Ensure all submissions align with Leversol’s standards of accuracy, presentation, and professionalism. Your mission is to connect with students and professionals , understand their job search challenges, and enroll them into our personalized career management plans . This is not a typical recruiter role — it’s a sales-focused communication position that blends consultative selling, candidate relationship management, and brand representation. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily outreach to students, consultants, and professionals through LinkedIn, calls, and email campaigns. Pitch Leversol’s career management programs with confidence and clarity — explain how we apply and market profiles on their behalf. Build trust-driven conversations to understand pain points, handle objections, and convert leads into enrolled clients. Manage and update lead data in CRM or Google Sheets , ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success. Explore new channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Discord, student communities) to generate leads. Uphold Leversol’s brand image through professional, empathetic, and persuasive communication. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent spoken English with a confident and friendly tone (US or neutral accent preferred) Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. Sales Development Representative at Ex-Byjus/ WHiteHat Jr highly preferred Prior experience in Bench Sales, US Staffing, or Student Recruitment preferred. Proven track record in sales or target-based roles (education, recruitment, or SaaS experience a plus). Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, email outreach, and follow-up systems. Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated — able to work independently in a startup environment. Comfortable working night shifts (US time zones) and aligning with the US operations team.
