Key Responsibilities

• Job Application Management:

  Apply to relevant roles on behalf of candidates daily across LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job boards.

• Resume Optimization:

  Tailor resumes and cover letters to match job descriptions and boost ATS compatibility.

• Market Research:

  Analyze target companies, roles, and keywords to improve application success rates.

• Candidate Coordination:

  Communicate regularly with candidates to understand goals, track progress, and share updates.

• ATS & Job Portal Navigation:

  Use tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, JobVite, and Ashby to ensure accurate and compliant applications.

• Performance Tracking:

  Maintain application logs, success metrics, and weekly reports for visibility and accountability.

• Interview Preparation:

  Offer candidates guidance, mock interview sessions, and post-interview feedback when required.

• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure all submissions align with Leversol’s standards of accuracy, presentation, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in

  career advising, recruitment, or U.S. talent acquisition

• Strong working knowledge of

  job portals

  (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) and

  ATS systems

• Excellent written communication and resume-evaluation skills
• Understanding of

  U.S. visa categories

  (OPT, STEM-OPT, H-1B, etc.) preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with performance targets
• Collaborative and client-focused mindset
