Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Career Advisor located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Career Advisor will be responsible for providing personalized career counseling and guidance, supporting individuals in developing and managing their career paths. Daily responsibilities include one-on-one career development sessions, advising on career management strategies, assisting with goal setting, and helping clients align their skills and interests with potential career opportunities. The role also involves staying updated on job market trends and ensuring tailored advising aligned with client needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management Experience with Student Counseling and providing tailored guidance Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written Proven ability to build rapport and understand individual professional goals Awareness of current job market trends and recruitment best practices Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field is preferred Previous experience in career advisory roles is an advantage Salary 25k to 50K INR Attractive Incentives (monthly)
