Role Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to make outbound calls to manage and convert leads for state-of-the-art programs across domains such as Finance, Analytics, Full Stack and Marketing

Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates and provide in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.

Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue and enrollments

Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

Be responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.

Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the Manager in order to optimize lead closure.

Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded

Qualifications

• Exceptional counseling and communication skills to effectively engage and guide learners.
• Capability to create and implement career growth strategies and customized development plans.
• Proficiency in understanding industry and labor market trends relevant to education and job placement.
• Experience in facilitating or conducting mock interviews, resume writing support, and professional preparation workshops.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills to engage with internal teams and external hiring partners.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for remote communication and training delivery.
• Demonstrated empathy, mentorship skills, and a genuine commitment to learner success.
