Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to make outbound calls to manage and convert leads for state-of-the-art programs across domains such as Finance, Analytics, Full Stack and Marketing
Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates and provide in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.
Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue and enrollments
Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Be responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the Manager in order to optimize lead closure.
Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded
