Role Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales and client acquisition efforts in the U.S. Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, a strong sales background, and experience working with providers such as clinics, hospitals, and private practices. Qualifications Develop and execute strategic plans to attract new U.S.-based healthcare providers (clinics, practices, hospitals). Identify and qualify leads through networking, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Present and promote our medical billing and RCM services to prospective clients. Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to closing the contract. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and account management. Coordinate with internal billing, operations, and compliance teams to ensure client onboarding and satisfaction. Track sales metrics and report progress to leadership on a regular basis. Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
