Medinext Global is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who possess strong communication skills and are eager to build a career in sales, marketing, and client acquisition within the healthcare and IT services domain.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and supporting the sales team in building a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and online research to identify and qualify potential leads.

Maintain and update the lead database on a regular basis.

Understand client requirements and share relevant service offerings.

Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects as needed.

Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion efforts.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

Freshers are welcome—training will be provided.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to engage confidently with international clients (US region).

Basic understanding of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Ability to work effectively in the night shift.
