Counsel and guide candidates on career paths in IT, Engineering, Analytics, and Healthcare domains.
Assist candidates with resume optimization, LinkedIn profile enhancement, and interview preparation.
Coordinate with internal Bench Sales and Marketing teams to ensure candidate profiles are submitted to suitable job openings.
Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates to track progress, interview schedules, and feedback.
Build and maintain a strong database of candidates and hiring vendors (Prime vendors, Implementation Partners, Direct Clients).
Educate candidates about U.S. visa rules, market trends, and employer expectations.
Prepare candidates for client interviews through mock sessions and technical review coordination.
Collaborate with HR for documentation, onboarding, and compliance support (especially STEM OPT & H1B processes).
Maintain high engagement levels with candidates to ensure satisfaction and placement success.
Qualifications:
Experience in IT recruitment, with skills in sourcing, networking, and resume screening.
Skills in interviewing, coordinating interviews, and negotiating job offers.
Ability to maintain relationships with consultants and manage talent pools.
Knowledge of industry trends and recruiting best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
