What We're Looking For: 2 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with at least 2 years supporting state government clients. Proven expertise working with MSP/VMS models and submitting to public sector portals. Strong understanding of employment types (C2C, W2, 1099) and compliance documentation. Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines. What You'll Do: Manage end-to-end recruitment for state and local government projects across the US. Source, screen, and present qualified IT professionals through VMS portals (Beeline, Fieldglass, PeopleFluent, etc.). Work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand job needs and submission timelines. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases to identify top candidates. Handle rate negotiations, compliance checks, and submission formatting as per client standards. Track all activity in ATS and maintain weekly submittal/interview metrics. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring government skill sets (PMs, BAs, Developers, QA, Data Engineers, ERP experts, etc.).
